American Epilepsy Society Award

Description

This is a public recognition program designed to encourage and reward clinical and basic science investigators whose research contributes importantly to understanding and conquering epilepsy. Funds for the program have been generously provided to the American Epilepsy Society. The American Epilepsy Society is one of the oldest neurological professional organizations in the United States. The Society seeks to promote interdisciplinary communication, scientific investigation, and exchange of clinical information about epilepsy. Membership consists of clinicians, scientists investigating basic and clinical aspects of epilepsy, and other professionals interested in seizure disorders.
Awards There will be two awards given in the amount of $10,000 each. These awards will be made to active scientists and clinicians. Our program is available to investigators working in all aspects of epilepsy.
